I have been an executive recruiter since 1986. I have learned throughout the years that the challenges of an executive recruiter are the same: place more people and make more money. Most other recruiters found more people to throw at more jobs. They played the traditional numbers game. The method I chose to increase placements was different from that of the other recruiters.

Our people invested a lot of time learning about our clients by working closely with hiring managers and human resource departments to identify their challenges.
