Allen, I just wanted to send you a quick note to say Thank You!

I was getting sick and tired of always being the runner-up and hearing: "I'm sorry, but we decided to go with another candidate."

I started to really wonder what I was doing wrong. I had the technical skills, the years of experience, and was within the salary requirements, but I was continually passed over for the next candidate.

I realized that I would sometimes get nervous and I wouldn't really know where to begin when I was asked some pretty simple questions. However, after going through the training program, I felt completely in control and confidant when I went on interviews.

The key was reading the workbook, and completing the exercises first. Once I did that and listened to the CD, I noticed where I was making mistakes. I was able to make an immediate change and put it into practice on my next interview.
